  • How do the sizes run?

Our collection tends to run a little small. For a more comfortable fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

  • Where will your order be produced?

Your product will only be produced or printed in Germany after your order has been placed. This helps us protect the environment by avoiding unnecessary inventory and wasting resources. Your order will be shipped CO₂-neutrally via DHL.

SHIPMENT

  • How much are the shipping costs?

  • How long does shipping take?

Your product will only be printed or produced in Germany after you place your order.

This way we protect the environment and avoid having large inventories.

You will usually receive your order within 3-5 working days.

  • Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a DHL tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking portal so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

  • If it does happen – what do I do if the goods are faulty or damaged?

We are sorry that you received a faulty item.

We want you to receive a flawless and high-quality product.

To do this, send an email with photos and a description of the damage, along with your order number, to our customer support at wodhood.shop@gmail.com. Our team will take care of it immediately and ensure you receive a new product as soon as possible.

RETURNS

  • How does a return/refund process work ?

You can cancel and return orders within 14 days of receipt; see also our Cancellation policy .

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please enclose a letter from you stating your order number and your name, as well as one of the following options:

- Exchange for a different size
- Exchange for a different product
- Refund
- Receipt of a voucher code
    • When will I receive my refund?

    Typically, this takes two business days after we receive and inspect your return. We will refund the purchase price to the payment method you used for your original order. You will receive a confirmation email from us after the refund has been processed.
